THT meet and Olympian – 3rd November 2022
THT was originally invited to attend the opening ceremony of the new local Aldi store – however, it was on the day we broke up for the summer so we couldn’t attend.
Instead, we managed to arrange an ‘on-line’ meeting with Anyika Onuora, a member of the 4x400m relay team who won a Bronze Medal at the Rio Olympics.
Anyika told us how important training was, but also how you need to have fun. She also told the children the importance of eating a healthy diet!!
